Terms and Conditions for Lady GaGa contest
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Due to the nature of the contest prize, the contest is open to all lawful residents of India, above the ages of 18 yrs at the time of entering the contest, except employees (and those with whom they are domiciled) of Vanesa Inc./Denver (the “Presenter”), its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, its advertising and promotional agencies. The contest commences at 00:00 AM 3rd June, 2011.
HOW TO ENTER:
Participant can enter the contest on Facebook at
http://apps.facebook.com/vanesa_ladygaga/. Allowing the contest application confirms your compliance with the contest rules.
Contest Rules of Conduct prohibit the following:
1. Postings that are considered obscene, pornographic, abusive or libelous.
2. Postings that abuse, harm, or threaten other Vanesa Fans.
3. Spam or posting of outside links.
4. Promotion of commercial enterprises.
5. Material that promotes hate against any race, ethnic group, gender, age, religious affiliation or sexual orientation.
6. Postings or photographs that were not produced by you or that you are not authorized to post.
7. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to participate in any forum provided by Vanesa or to post content of any kind. If you are under the age of 18, you also must have to permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate.
8. Promotion of illegal or dangerous activities.
9. Revelation of personal information about other Vanesa users. Violators may have their comments or postings removed, or may be banned entirely from participating in the contest at the discretion of Vanesa.
10.Acknowledgment that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
11. Disclosure that the participant is providing information to
Vanesa Inc and not to Facebook.
The presenter will not be responsible if for any reason the Internet portion of this contest is not functioning as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, or technical failures. Nor are they responsible for any technical problems, computer hardware problems or network connection problems. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the contest application.
Winners will be announced every day and the mega prize winners will be announced after the contest period(Contest Period: 4 weeks). Prizes will only be dispatched to the winner is the winner will be able to present his/her identity proof which includes, valid passport copy or driving license copy, or voter ID copy or PAN card copy or college photo ID copy. No prize will be dispatched until the winner will submit his/her identity proof. Winner can prove his identity by sending any of the mentioned ID proofs either through scanning them or taking a photo and then posting on the Vanesa Facebook Fan Page wall, or by send the proof through letter at this address: Vanesa Inc. 18, Pusa Road, New Delhi- 110005.

Condition: Mega gift is sole discretion of Vanesa inc. It is a multimedia contest and the final winner may or may not be from facebook platform.
GENERAL:
Vanesa Inc. holds the right to close the contest at any time without prior announcement or change the manner of administration. Presenter also holds the right to stop the dispatching of prizes to the winners in case identity proofs are not submitted. Judges' decisions will be final in any case of winner announcement or any disqualification.
