LUX India Contest Terms And Conditions
Participants have to answer simple 5 questions. The best and correct answers will stand a chance to win couple Movie tickets.1. The Contest is open for girls only , only participants residing in India are eligible to claim the prize.
2. The selected winners will stand a chance to win "Couple Movie Tickets".
3. Only one entry shall be applicable/acceptable from each participant.
4. No consideration shall be paid to the participants in lieu of participation and participation is purely optional.
5. HUL shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of this offer.
6. HUL shall not be held responsible for any factors which are beyond HUL's control.
7. Photographs, interview or any other such matter of the winner's may be used by HUL for promotional purposes and HUL shall have the intellectual property rights to do so without offering payment of any sort to the participant/winner.
8. All disputes shall be governed under Mumbai Jurisdiction, to the exclusion of all other courts.
9. HUL at its sole discretion reserves its right to change, alter or modify the terms and conditions of this offer, without prior notice.
10. No dispute regarding the event shall be entertained. HUL reserves the sole right to control the execution of the event.
11. The winner will be announced on our FB page https://www.facebook.com/luxindia and will also receive the winner declaration email from LUX India.
12. Employees and the family members of LUX India, associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and all agencies connected with LUX India are not eligible for the contest.
13. The winners shall be required to acknowledge the receipt of the prize on our FB page.
14. Only first entry will be considered from multiple entries by a single user.
