 Eligibility Criteria: 
Win iPad 2 Contest is subject to fulfilment of the following criteria:

1. The customer should be a citizen of India.
2. Product/s should be purchased during the contest period – 20^th August to 31^st August, 2011.
3. The purchase or multiple purchases should amount to a value of Rs. 3000 or more
4. The purchase/s should be made through online modes of payment (Internet Banking/Credit/Debit cards/Paid Gift Certificates). This Contest is not applicable on purchase/s made through Cash on Delivery, Cash before Delivery and Cheque/DD orders.
5. Purchases made or orders placed through the phone at our call centre are not eligible for this Contest.
6. Realization of payment for full order payable value.
7. Product/s as per the order having been received by the customer.

Terms & Conditions:

• The Win iPad 2 Contest is open for a limited period from 20th August 2011, 12:01 AM till 31^st August 2011, 11:59 PM.
• All the three iPad 2 that will be given are Wi-Fi enabled. Colours and Storage capacity are subject to availability.
• Only purchases made from the website, www.homeshop18.com will be eligible for the Contest.
• Purchases made between August 20^th – August 31^st, 2011 will only be considered.
• Prizes with MRP greater than Rs.10000 are subject to TDS, applicable as per the Tax Law and Rules of the Income Tax Department, Government of India. The winners will have to pay TDS before claiming their prize based on the cost of the product as per the supplier of the product.
• Once the winners will be announced, they will be contacted by our representative and provided with the TDS amount that is applicable for the product.
• The prizes will be delivered at addresses within India only. It means that even if you are a resident outside India, you have the option of giving us an Indian address. The prizes will be sent through courier at that address in case of your winning the contest.
• No requests will be entertained for the exchange of one prize for another.
• The Winners’ list will be published on 5^th September, 2011
• All decisions of HomeShop18 regarding running / process / results of the promotion, data selection shall be final and binding on all participants of this Contest. No appeals or correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

• Any dispute with regard to this Contest is subject to jurisdiction in the courts of Delhi/New Delhi.
• Force Majeure: If at any time during the continuance of this Contest the performance in whole or in part is prevented or delayed by reasons of a Force Majeure event, then from the date of occurrence of such event, there shall not be any claim against HomeShop18 for damages, or any liability against it, in respect of such non-performance or delayed performance. For the purposes of this promotion, Force Majeure means and includes any event due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of HomeShop18 including war, hostility, fires, floods, explosives, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, lock outs, compliance with orders or instructions of any court, statutory or governmental interventions or any other acts of State or God.
