Terms & Conditions of Happydent Sparkling College Contest
1. The Happydent Sparkling College Contest (hereinafter referred to as Initiative) is open to any person who is a fan of Happydent (herein after referred to as "Company") on facebook being a resident of India and above 18 years of age.
2. TThe term of the Program is 2 weeks effective from 18t Jul 2011.
3. To be eligible for the Program, participant can upload pics with their friends on the ‘Smile Contest’ app, on the Happydent fan page on facebook. Only photographs uploaded on the app will be accepted, no other means of submission will be accepted.
4. Every alternate day three participants shall be chosen on the basis of most interesting expressions and showcased on the app. The fans will be asked to choose who they like best by commenting on the particular participant's photo.
5. The shortlisted participants will be intimated by an email. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for non receipt of intimation by the email.
6. The participant who gets the most comments out of the three within 24 hours will be the winner of the day and will be gifted Happydent mugs with their pic printed on it. Comments from fake profiles or multiple comments from the same person or comments from vote bank will not be counted.
7. The winners will be intimated by an email profile and names of the winners shall also be posted on the Smile Contest app. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for non receipt of message.
9. The winners will be required to submit documentation such as ID, age proof etc. as required by the Company within 12 hours from release of the chosen participant's name.
10. The winners of the contest will get invited for a professional photo shoot with 2 of their friends.
11.The photo shoot will be organised in a city by the Company for which the date & name of the city shall be communicated to the winners in advance by email only. The Company shall not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever if the winner absents himself/herself from the photo shoot.
12. Cost of travel, boarding and lodging for the photo shoot in the city shall be borne by the participant.
13. Selection of the winners whose professionally shot pic appears in the newspaper with 2 of their friends will be made by the Company. The selected pics will appear in The Times of India in either Delhi Times, Bombay Times or Bangalore Times.

15. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with facebook. The participant is providing their information to the Company and not to facebook. The Company shall reserve the right to use all data, material etc. received as part of this Program as it may deem fit for its future promotions. The winners will also be required to participate in programs organized by the Company, as and when required at the discretion of the Company.
16. The Company also reserves the right to amend the rules of the Program or extend the period or cancel or discontinue the Program or any part thereof without giving any reasons or prior notice.
17. A participant can be chosen only once during the duration of the Program.
18.No correspondence shall be entertained with regard to the Program.
19. The employees of Company or any associated companies and members of their immediate family of the employees of the Company will not be eligible to participate in the Program.
20. The laws of India govern the Program all disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Delhi only.
