The "Shararati Siblings" Initiative (hereinafter referred to as Program) is open to any person who, if male has a sister & if female, has a brother, & becomes a fan of Cadbury Celebrations (herein after referred to as "Company") on facebook, being a resident of India and above 18 years of age.

• The term of the Program is 5 days effective from 6th August 2011.
• To be eligible for the Program, a user will fill in the form including the selection of PVR Cinemas, name, name of sibling, email ID, mobile no & complete the sentence : My brother/sister is the most shararati because...... All the fields are mandatory to fill. Only the completed form will be accepted. No other means of submission will be accepted.
• There are 1000 PVR tickets to be given. The user will get 2 tickets for the movie 'Aarakshan' in PVR Cinemas of their choice in Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad or Gurgaon. In case there are no tickets available for the PVR Cinemas the user has selected, the tickets will be given for the PVR Cinemas which is nearest to the one selected.
• Tickets will be given on basis of unique mobile numbers & names. If a brother fills in the form and so does his sister, one of them will be given two PVR tickets.
• The users will be intimated by an SMS, which will mention how & by when the PVR tickets need to be collected. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for non receipt of message.
• The users and their siblings will be shot by a photographer at PVR Cinemas & their photo may be uploaded on the Cadbury Celebrations fan page on facebook.
• The company will not be responsible for any error, failure, problem or technical malfunction in the process of uploading the form and user information. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that any materials submitted are to specifications and correctly submitted.
• This initiative is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with facebook. You are providing your information to the Company and not to facebook. The Company shall reserve the right to use all data, material etc. received as part of this Program as it may deem fit for its future promotions.
• The Company also reserves the right to amend the rules of the Program or extend the period or cancel or discontinue the Program or any part thereof without giving any reasons or prior notice.
• A participant can be chosen only once during the duration of the initiative.
• No correspondence shall be entertained with regard to the Program.
• The employees of Company or any associated companies and members of their immediate family of the employees of the Company will not be eligible to participate in the Program.
